It is a layout which puts a gif where the Windows 95 icon appears with the style of that famous Nyan Cat meme, it is very nice but simple, it also combines well with those designs full of colors and rainbows, perfect if you like memes and computing XD. i was tinkering around and i managed to put this together in like, 15 minutes. i liked it, and i haven't seen anyone do this yet! if some thing similar already exists, please let me know. feel free to change the lay out to your liking! since i made this so quickly, i might come in and change a few things. i will make sure to edit the lay out description and add new screen shots accordingly.
