i played around with css for the past two days and whipped this up woowoo

the profile picture does animate and you can plug whatever gif you want in there. it also has additional animations which you can view here

feel free to use this or any other layouts i decide to make in the future but like the header says: i'd really appreciate it if you could comment/add me/credit me somewhere on your profile if you use.
