this is just a blue version of the matrix layout by p0libius with a few simple edits!

i was thinking of changing my layout v soon but i decided to save this particular code because the changes felt substantial enough. and others might like it, too! and i might come back to this eventually!

comes with:
- a tiling background
- cool layout
- it saturates your images a noticeable amount
- thats it

commenting using/friending/liking back/whatever isnt required so dw about doing it if you dont want to but feel free to
