it still works for me, did you make sure to click the HTML button (the one that looks like this: <>) when adding the code? if you copy and paste code into the text part of a blog entry it'll come up as regular text rather than changing the appearance like it's supposed to.

not unless you add it onto all of them individually, to add the layout to a blog you have to click on the first button, the one that looks like <> then you copy and paste the code into it, and click on the button again (the icon should now be a picture of an eye)

after you do that you should be able to see the layout on the blog and then you just make a blog like you normally would.
