Description:

boy why are you so eepy EDIT: hii everyone! it's been a while since i last worked on this, but i noticed that this code can interfere with the frames you put on your profile, so i tried to fix it! basically, you just have to put the decoration code first and then the frame code in the same style block. it should look something like this: ‎
‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎

code
<style>

.general-about {
  position: relative;
  margin-top: 30px;
}

.general-about .profile-pic::before {
  content: '';

  background: url('https://file.garden/ZF8OzyhvAk-Bo5i3/ezgif.com-animated-gif-maker.gif') no-repeat;
  background-size: cover;

  display: block;
  width: 180px;
  height: 180px;

  z-index: 999;
  position: absolute;
  top: -95px;
  left: -90px;
}

.general-about img {
  -webkit-mask-image: url('https://i.postimg.cc/8CB1CTyG/heart.png');
  -webkit-mask-size: 100%;
  -webkit-mask-repeat: no-repeat;
  -webkit-mask-position: center;
}

</style>

if you want to use different frames, follow this tutorial here!
