GIF TVs with custom cartoons for profile
**UPDATE: hey yall I've read thru the comments and even in person coded it on my friends profile and it didn't work, I think my profile is coded funky and for whatever reason it worked, from what I know I think the reason the tvs "stick" to my page is the same reason I've never been able to my gifs scroll with my page if you know what I mean- the only reason I can think of is because my profile is...
