Change Highlighter Colour

Description:

Typically when you drag to highlight text the highlighter colour is blue with this code you can change that couple of warnings first though. - White text is the most visible for any highlight - You cannot make the highlighter text rainbow (I tried :<) - If they're are mistakes in your code they will pop up on the highlighter, including ones you didn't realize were there.
