a rainbow bulletin theme thing. makes ur bulletin rainbow themed - this is one that i never used again because i thought it looked ugly when i made it, but i remade it and i like how it looks now. if its broken plz lmk i'll try to fix it ──────────﹒★﹒﹒─ ─﹒﹒★﹒────────── also idk if anyone needs it, but to use this just press the two arrow looking things on the left of the bulletin bar and paste the code, then click the eye and just edit the bulletin text to wtvr u want and boom. (i'll take any reqs, but since its night for me i wont make them until tomorrow)
